TCS is conducting Face to Face interview on 28th June in TCS Chennai Office for Workday Developer Job Role: Workday Developer Job Experience: 4 to 12 Years Interview Location: TCS Chennai Office Interview Mode: Face to Face Interview Interview Date: 28th June, 2025 Venue: Tata Consultancy Services, Taramani 100 Feet Road, 165/1A, New Colony Road, Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600042 What we are looking for: Must Have: At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio Experience in development of complex Integrations using Studio / SSK is a must Knowledge of XSLT3.0 General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas including payroll. Good understanding of Workday security Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player Good to Have: Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage. Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required. Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage. Qualification: 15 years of full time education.
