🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing :

• Learn by Doing:
• Help our team maintain and improve the website while learning full-stack WordPress development.
• Website Updates:
• Assist with updating content, fixing small bugs, and improving layout and performance.
• Design to Web:
• Turn simple design mockups into responsive web pages using Elementor or basic code (with guidance).
• Backend Basics:
• Get introduced to PHP, MySQL, and how WordPress works behind the scenes.
• Site Performance:
• Support in making the site faster, more mobile-friendly, and SEO-ready — and understand why it's important.
• Website Security:
• Learn how we keep the website safe through updates, backups, and monitoring.
• Tool Connections:
• Help connect the website to tools like CRMs, email platforms, or analytics dashboards.
• Team Support:
• Work with developers, designers, and marketers — and share your ideas too!

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of WordPress and interest in learning full-stack development
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, and a bit of PHP or JavaScript
• Willingness to use Elementor or Gutenberg (WordPress page builders)
• Eager to explore tools like ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
• Interest in learning about hosting, FTP, and backend tools
• Ready to take small tasks and grow with feedback
• Curious, proactive, and always ready to learn
