Responsibilities Engage with cross-functional teams to gather system and traceability requirements. Drive system design, development, deployment, and enhancements. Manage change requests, conduct UAT, and ensure defect resolution. Lead and mentor L1 support teams; provide technical guidance. Coordinate with vendors to resolve system issues and optimize performance. Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation/manuals. Organize regular project status reviews with stakeholders. Attributes Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing IT systems. Effective leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and coordination capabilities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Computer Science) or related. Proficient in MES/WMS support, software development lifecycle, and change management. Desired Experience Level 5–10 years in manufacturing IT or EMS systems support roles, preferably electronics/mobile manufacturing. Experience in data acquisition and system configuration in manufacturing environments. Prior exposure to production floor systems and automation integration is a plus.
