Warehouse Manager

• Supervising Warehouse Operations:Managing daily activities like receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Inventory Management:Overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock, and ensuring accuracy of inventory records.
• Team Management:Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations.
• Logistics Coordination:Managing the flow of goods, transportation companies, and optimizing logistics processes.
• Operational Efficiency:Identifying areas for improvement, implementing operational procedures, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency.

Essential Skills:

• Leadership and Management: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.
• Organizational and Planning: Ability to plan and organize tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize workload.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Location: Candidate must be around within 15 km distance from Kolappuram.
• Communication: Candidate must be ability to speak, read and write English.
• Qualification: Bachelor degree preferred.
