Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Third Party Logistics (3PL) Manager to oversee and manage the logistics services provided by external partners. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a proven track record in 3PL operations, and preferably, experience working with leading D2C brands like Blissclub, Noise, MamaEarth, Clovia, Sugar, Boat, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end 3PL operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of 3PL vendors through KPIs and SLA adherence.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, timely replenishments, and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams like sales, warehouse, procurement, and customer support for seamless supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and technology enhancement.
• Handle escalations and resolve any operational challenges or discrepancies with third-party vendors.
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards related to logistics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, with at least 2 years in a 3PL management role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Prior experience working with top D2C brands (e.g., MamaEarth, Boat, Clovia, Sugar, Noise, etc.) will be a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of logistics software and WMS systems.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a relevant field.
• Proven ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
