Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth coordination between inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
• Track inventory levels and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure that stock is stored in an organized and efficient manner.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer demands.
• Ensure orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered on time.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Manage and schedule inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Identify and resolve any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards in the warehouse.
• Data Entry & Reporting:
• Accurately record all incoming and outgoing shipments into the company’s logistics management software.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory levels, order status, and shipping performance.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular checks for damaged or defective goods and ensure that they are properly documented.
• Coordinate the return of any goods that do not meet quality standards.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train and guide new warehouse staff on processes and safety standards.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain and enforce the use of proper safety equipment and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse logistics or operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and MS Office Suite.
• Forklift operation certification (if applicable).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lean warehouse management or continuous improvement processes.
• Knowledge of transportation management and routing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
