Webflow Developer

As a leading Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our websites and web applications. You will work closely with our team to bring projects to life—from pixel-perfect front-end experiences to robust back-end functionality. This will include consolidating our websites, optimising them to provide an exceptional customer experience and improve conversions, as well as work on special projects to support our ongoing mission.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive websites using

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Develop back-end functionality using

  Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js

• Use

  Webflow

  to build, manage, and publish website content
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web components
• Troubleshoot issues, perform QA testing and implement performance optimisations
• Consistently review our code and contribute to project planning and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional web development experience
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
• Solid experience with one or more back-end languages: Python, PHP, Ruby, or JavaScript (Node.js)
• Proven experience using Webflow for web development and content management
• API scripting via Make (or equivalent)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimisation
• Strong English skills and experience working with Western teams
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Availability within ±4 hours of UK time zone

Nice to have

• Experience with UI/UX design principles
• Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with Google Apps Script
