Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Create visually appealing website layouts and designs that are responsive and accessible across devices.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Adobe XD, Figma.
• Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines.
• User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI):
• Optimize designs for intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to refine and improve designs.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align website designs with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Technical & Visual Optimization:
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Use graphic design software to create visuals, banners, and other website assets.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve design issues to improve user experience.
• Test website functionality and resolve compatibility issues across browsers and devices.

Requirements:

• Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma.
• Basic knowledge of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Interview Steps:

1). Shortlisting on the basis of portfolio (Figma designing, not development)

2) Interview

3). Redesign homepage of a sample website.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
