Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of strong experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in
  

• Prior experience in a 3PL logistics company or working closely with 3PL providers is highly desirable.
• Strong grip on inventory control systems, stock audits, FIFO/FEFO principles, and highvolume dispatch management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit, and ERP systems
  

• Excellent command of Advanced Excel and data-driven MIS reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing warehouse teams.
• Process-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under tight turnaround times.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory,
  

• Oversee stock movements and ensure 100% inventory accuracy through rigorous controls,
  

• Manage and mentor a team of pickers, packers, warehouse executives, and assistant
  

• Own and execute last-mile logistics across D2C platforms (Shopify, Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and bulk shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and errorfree deliveries.
• Maintain accurate MIS reporting, dispatch dashboards, inventory movement logs, and SLA adherence.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space planning, and storage efficiency while ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.
• Implement and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and cost-efficient transportation strategies.
