About the Role

Your primary KPIs:

• Cold emails sent daily

  (pre-written + adapted copy)

• Follow-up sequences tracked and triggered

• Leads generated and logged

• CRM updated daily with pipeline movement

Core Responsibilities

• Execute our email-based outreach system to cold prospects using Gmail + CRM integrations
• Update and maintain CRM (e.g., Google SHeet) for daily lead tracking
• Log performance metrics: opens, replies, follow-ups, closes
• Trigger automated follow-up sequences
• Attend weekly check-in to report KPIs and optimize performance

Pay & Incentives

• Commission-Based Pay

  : ₹30,000 per closed deal.

• Target Earnings

  : Consistent VAs can expect ₹1–1.5L/month if performance is maintained.
