Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and qualify leads through our internal platform.
Set appointments with verified leads for the sales or client success team.
Maintain accurate and updated records of lead status and appointment details.
Communicate professionally with prospects via company platform.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-ups and lead handover.
Meet daily/weekly targets related to lead verification and appointments.

Requirements:

Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Prior experience in lead generation, virtual assistance, or appointment setting is a plus.
Comfortable working night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to use CRM tools or platforms (training will be provided).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
