You will handle IT support requests from employees (both in-office and remote). You will maintain records of IT assets like laptops, desktops, Macbook, iMac and accessories. You will assist in setting up video conferencing devices and meeting rooms. You will keep systems secure by managing firewalls, antivirus. You will work with vendors for IT purchases and AMC support. You will take data backup and support exit employee data handover. You will help new employees with IT onboarding (system, email, tools). You will perform regular IT audits and reporting.
