About the Company: We are hiring for a Lead – Corporate Strategy role within the insurance business of a prominent, publicly listed conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai . About the Role The role involves supporting strategic planning and execution, conducting deep analysis, and facilitating the overall Group strategy. Responsibilities: Drive deep-dive analysis and strategic assessments across Insurance Business to generate insights that directly support the development and evolution of Group Corporate Strategy . Stay informed on emerging global trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory developments to anticipate shifts in the external environment and assess potential implications. Actively contribute to collaborative problem-solving and innovation sessions, distilling insights into practical outcomes and highlighting their strategic relevance. Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Identify and assess new avenues for growth, including market expansion opportunities, strategic collaborations, and investment or acquisition prospects. Support the implementation of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure effective alignment and execution across business units. Provide advisory support to affiliated business units in strategic planning and the development of annual business objectives. Define and track performance indicators to monitor the success and impact of strategic and operational plans. Qualifications & Experience: MBA with 6+ years experience, Consulting experience preferred. Proven experience in strategic corporate planning, business transformation, or consulting roles—preferably within the Insurance and Financial Services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Demonstrated success in supporting or driving top-line growth , cost management , and portfolio optimization initiatives at a group or enterprise level.
