Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation, support, data migration, and roll-out projects for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including all phases of Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go-Live & support.Interact directly with business users from manufacturing clients to gather requirements and ensure smooth delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Conduct workshops to collect business requirements, map functional business processes, and develop necessary product modifications to meet functional needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with other business systems.Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Utilize excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills to effectively lead and motivate project teams.Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors modules and HRMS landscape.Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development. Qualification:B.Tech/MCA/Msc/Bsc/BCA with certificationExperience: 10 to 15 years
