• Lead and scale the entire sales function across projects and verticals

• Develop and execute high-performance sales strategies and revenue plans

• Build and mentor a high-impact sales team with clear targets and KPIs

• Oversee client acquisition, channel partner development, and corporate tie-ups

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Leadership teams

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports

• Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competition, and buyer behavior

✔️ 12–20 years of sales leadership experience in the real estate industry

✔️ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and team building

✔️ Strong network of HNI clients and channel partners

✔️ Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
