Role Overview

We’re looking for a camera-friendly, creative, and storytelling-driven Designer cum Content Creator to join our team and share our stories, experiences & learnings across digital media.

This is not a traditional design-only role — it blends UX/Product Design thinking with storytelling, video presence, and creative content creation. If you love talking about design, breaking down case studies, reviewing products, or even just nerding out about design & technology on camera, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Content & Storytelling (Primary Role)

• Create engaging and insightful story/video content, with design team & our team will help in scripting.
• Break down real-world design case studies and in general our experiences & learnings.
• Collaborate with the design team to extract interesting insights from projects and turn them into highly watchable, educational, or entertaining videos.
• Participate in content strategy, creative ideation, and scriptwriting with our team.
• Be comfortable facing the camera, speaking clearly, and connecting with a design-curious audience.

Design & Product Growth (if design background is present)

• Conduct light research to support content with real design examples and UX/UI principles.
• Optionally participate in ongoing UX/UI projects as a contributor (if the candidate comes from a design background).
• Use storytelling to highlight learnings in both personal and professional work.

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with our content, design, and marketing teams to be a part of our digital voice.
• Represent the company in interviews, podcasts, AMAs, or live design critique sessions (optional).
• Contribute ideas to improve content formats, audience engagement, and storytelling styles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• Exceptional speaking skill/verbal communication and natural storytelling ability.
• Comfortable facing the camera (with a strong on-screen presence).
• Ability to explain complex design ideas in a clear, relatable, and engaging way.
• Confident, expressive personality and curiosity to explore design topics creatively.
• A strong interest in design, technology & art in general.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Visual Design, or Interaction Design.
• Experience creating videos, content, or tutorials on any topic.
• Strong opinions or commentary on product trends, apps, or digital experiences.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, branding, or content marketing.
• Has previously hosted Instagram Lives, webinars, or design breakdowns (even informally).

If you've never done it professionally but love design, can talk like a pro, and are willing to learn — we're open to fresh talent too!
