JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design Cross-Platform User Flows and Journeys:-

Map out and refine user flows, ensuring consistent and intuitive navigation and functionality across web and mobile experiences.

2. Conduct User Research and Usability Testing :-

Organize and conduct user testing sessions, collect feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and meet user needs effectively.

3. Collaborate with Development Teams:-

Work closely with front-end and mobile app developers to ensure design integrity and seamless implementation across devices.

4. Maintain brand consistency across all digital products :-

Create and maintain a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all web and mobile components.

5. Utilise software tools:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification or courses in UI/UX designing is an added advantage.

Experience: 2- 3 years of experience in UI/UX designing is preferred.

Portfolio: An impressive portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design guidelines.

- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) and mobile development considerations is a plus.

Soft skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.

User Empathy - Ability to understand and anticipate user needs, preferences, and pain points, creating designs that enhance their experience.
