UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and design

team. In this role, you will help shape intuitive and engaging experiences across our SaaS-based

platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, and

component-based design using Figma, and collaborates effectively with developers to bring

interfaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and business goals.

• Component-Based Design: Create scalable, reusable design components and maintain design consistency using Figma’s component libraries.

• UI Design Execution: Deliver polished, high-fidelity mockups that follow brand guidelines and accessibility best practices.

• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with the front-end team to implement designs in React, ensuring responsiveness and design accuracy.

• Visual & Brand Design: Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects to develop visual assets, animations, and marketing creatives.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with product managers and developers to iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or front-end development.

• Proficiency in Figma with a strong focus on wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design.

• Familiarity with React and front-end collaboration practices.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

• Solid understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and/or mobile.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
