Job Title

About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our digital transformation team.In this role, you will focus on system integration, platform governance, and Dynamics 365 configuration.You will collaborate closely with Power Apps developers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations).
  • Implement governance, security, and ALM best practices across environments.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/FO.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, and T-SQL.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with ALM tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Understanding of role-based security, DLP policies, and Azure AD integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate (AZ104)
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ900
