About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Python, and PyTest to join our dynamic engineering team in Bangalore. This role involves building and maintaining automated test frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product quality at every stage of the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Python.
• Build and maintain robust PyTest-based test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create, manage, and execute test plans and test cases across various platforms and browsers.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and log defects with detailed reporting.
• Contribute to improving test processes, coverage, and quality assurance best practices.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 8 years of proven experience in QA automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining test scripts using PyTest.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
