Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy and has strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct consultations and presentations to educate customers about solar energy solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and field marketing.
  • Prepare and present customized solar proposals based on customer needs and energy usage.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, incentives, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (solar industry preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and persuasive way.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
