Job Description

Sales: Identify and target prospective clients in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy industries. Present, promote, and sell industrial heating equipment and solutions to meet client needs. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media. Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve offerings. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial equipment or a related industry. Strong understanding of industrial heating systems and applications is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools. Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events. Key Competencies: Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
