The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating customer interest, and scheduling product demonstrations for our ERP and E-Invoicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to Accqrate’s offerings
• Clearly explain ERP and E-Invoicing solutions and their benefits
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos or follow-up meetings
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes using CRM tools
• Follow up on previous contacts and maintain consistent client engagement
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and target outreach

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer outreach (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English.
• Basic understanding of ERP software and business process automation is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry tools preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
