Role Description

This is a Full -time role located in Gurugram for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, preparing and updating client records, following up on leads, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer queries. The role involves prospecting new clientele, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team with necessary tasks.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, and sales communication
• Data entry skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
