Job Summary:

Technical Trainer – IT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging IT training sessions (online & offline).
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, assessments, and certification-oriented training.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to align training content.
  • Customize training materials to suit the skill levels of different learners.
  • Guide and mentor students through project work, practicals, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure job readiness.
  • Maintain training records, feedback logs, and performance reports.
  • Support in curriculum planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or any discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and learner-centric approaches.
  • Previous experience in a training/coaching role and knowledge of programming languages are added advantages.
