Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote work environment. You will play a key role in supporting our customers, documenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve client experiences and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, virtual meetings, and phone calls.
  • Troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues and collaborate with the technical team to resolve more complex problems.
  • Maintain and update support documentation, user guides, FAQs, and internal notes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to follow up with leads and assist with onboarding and post-sale queries.
  • Support social media marketing efforts by coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team setup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of tech troubleshooting or willingness to learn.
  • Interest or experience in social media marketing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is an added advantage
