Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of CCTV Systems
• Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and necessary repairs on CCTV systems including IP and analog cameras, DVRs/NVRs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Fire Alarm System Support

Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.

• Customer and Field Technical Support

Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to clients and internal field teams, supporting system setup, fault resolution, and user guidance.Support the installation and configuration of new CCTV and fire alarm systems, including cabling, device setup, and system integration as per project requirements.Maintain accurate service records, system configuration logs, and customer support documentation using internal ticketing or CRM systems.Ensure that all support and installation activities follow company protocols, industry regulations, and best practices in safety and data security.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in CCTV and fire alarm systems
• Strong understanding of IP/analog CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, fire detection devices, and control panels
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP addressing, and cabling
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field is preferred
• Proficient in identifying and resolving hardware and software faults
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with documentation and use of ticketing or CRM tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: ₹10,670.78 - ₹25,242.51 per month
