Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ➤ Develop and maintain detailed price files Create and regularly update comprehensive pricing databases for a wide range of automotive spare parts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all product lines. ➤ Analyze market trends and competitor pricing Monitor automotive industry pricing trends, competitor offers, and market demand to provide data-driven insights that help shape competitive and profitable pricing strategies. ➤ Collaborate with procurement and sales teams Work closely with procurement to confirm supplier costs and with sales to align on pricing strategies, ensuring all price points are competitive and reflect market conditions. ➤ Create and update product catalogues (print and digital) Develop detailed product catalogs that clearly outline technical specifications, compatibility information, and features for automotive components, ensuring all data is accurate and easy to understand. ➤ Coordinate with suppliers Liaise with suppliers to gather essential technical data, high-quality product images, and necessary certifications (such as OEM approvals or quality standards) for inclusion in catalogs and sales materials. ➤ Support the sales team with technical insights and customized offers Provide sales colleagues with detailed technical knowledge and tailored pricing proposals to meet specific client needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness. ➤ Use ERP and CRM tools efficiently Manage product data, pricing updates, and customer information within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or related field) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in technical sales, or similar customer-facing technical role. Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or solutions relevant to the industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP....).
