Job Description

This job opportunity of a "Technical Sales Engineer" involves working closely with manufacturers in industries such as Automotive (EVs), Electronics, General Engineering, Renewable Energy, Composite and many others for the development of high technology "adhesives" and "sealants" that Elixir-India provides. We are looking for freshers and young candidates with around 2-3 years of solid outbound sales experience to manufacturing industries. Candidates with sales experience in adhesive, sealants, tapes, lubricants, welding and similar other product lines will be preferred. The job role involves developing deep understanding of adhesive and sealant technologies and learning about their applications in engineering industries. The candidate is expected to meet 4 clients on day to day basis and build a strong project pipeline propel the business growth year on year. The candidate is expected to develop strong business relationship with key decision makers and influencers at the target customer's organisation. Candidates should have a proven track record in engineering sales. He/she must be high on ethics and must demonstrate ownership in their working style. We are looking for candidates who believe in long term career growth and are not looking for short term stint.
