Technical Report Writer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage pest control documentation,

report creation, and photo record-keeping. This role is essential in maintaining accurate, Monthly,

Quarterly & compliant records of pest control activities and supporting operational and audit needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records of pest control inspections, treatments and monthly service reports.
• Collect and organize photographic evidence of pest control activities for documentation and

compliance

• Clear documentation of pesticide usage.
• Create and submit clear, timely reports to management, Clients and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate with pest control technicians to gather accurate data and images from the field
• Ensure documentation (including photos) complies with company and legal standards
• Assist during audits or inspections by preparing and presenting relevant records
• Organize both digital and physical files for efficient storage and retrieval, includes software

uploads.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Science graduate with good communication and time-management skills
• Prior experience in documentation, reporting, or administrative roles (pest control industry

experience preferred)

• Capacity to adhere to deadlines
• Familiarity with handling image files for documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry or reporting software
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with field teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.04 per year

Work Location: In person
