We're on the lookout for a full-time Technical Project Manager to join us immediately. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3+ years of project management experience driving the use of typical industry operating standards. Responsibilities Assume complete ownership of project; leading and supervising the project lifecycle from inception to conclusion, managing each phase closely. Oversee day-to-day project operations, including updating statuses and regular follow-ups on open tasks/ actions- Keep active and open communication with all stakeholders throughout all project phases, providing timely updates, follow-ups, reminders, and requesting necessary data or actions. Establish and maintain trust relationships with clients and other key internal stakeholders i.e. Project Directors, and Technical Leads. Act as the communication bridge between clients and development teams, facilitating transparent and productive communication. Resolve project-related challenges and impediments to ensure project timelines are met consistently. Evaluate and prioritize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on project deadlines and market-specific demands. Regularly monitor and adjust project costs to align with actual project scope. Application of best practices and contemporary trends, with a knack for devising innovative solutions to development challenges or roadblocks. Qualifications Proficiency in English for effective communication Experience in the Pharma / Health Care industry is Mandatory Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in project management Knowledge and proficiency in working with diverse tech platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce or equivalent. Proficient in utilizing JIRA or similar project management tools for comprehensive project management, coordinating with Development and QA teams effectively. Proficient in multitasking and prioritization. Exhibit self-direction, proactive problem-solving skills, and accountability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
