Brand Partner – Content Strategy

Location: Mumbai, Urmi Estate / 5 days a week in office.

The Role

This is not a desk-strategy role. As Brand Partner – Content Strategy, you’ll get to shape the soul of the content. From spotting insights to shaping platform ideas, from briefing creators to cracking distribution strategy—you’ll be at the center of content and culture. You’ll work closely with a brilliant VP of Strategy (your direct mentor) and collaborate with creatives, producers, and client leads.

What You'll Do

• Turn brand briefs into compelling content ecosystems—think IPs, social-first series, influencer-led formats
• Craft narratives rooted in culture, consumer behavior, and platform logic
• Partner with creatives and producers to co-develop and refine content ideas
• Bring a planner’s brain and a creator’s heart—marrying structure with creative inspiration
• Build presentations and pitches that make strategy feel simple, beautiful, and impactful
• Be insight-obsessed and platform-savvy—constantly evolving your understanding of audiences and trends

What You Bring

• 6+ years in content strategy, brand planning, or digital storytelling
• A proven track record of shaping original, content-led solutions for brands
• An instinct for narrative + the analytical sharpness to back it up
• Experience with FMCG brands is a plus; curiosity about them is a must
• Comfort in fast-paced, hands-on, builder environments
• Bonus if you’ve worked with creators, production teams, or digital-first content shops
