Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of technical projects from initiation to closure.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

3. Utilize Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to plan, monitor, and control project workflow.

4. Collaborate with the development team on implementing technical solutions using Java or Python.

5. Manage risks and issues, making timely decisions to mitigate their impact on the project's scope, timeframe, and budget.

6. Maintain clear and concise documentation of project progress, deliverables, and status reports.

7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are understood and met.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a technical environment.

2. Strong working knowledge of Java and Python programming languages. Experience with other related technologies is a plus.

3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation through to closure.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

8. Adept at making timely decisions to mitigate project risks and issues.

9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred but not required.
