Overview:

Tech Lead

leadership position

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, design, and full-stack development of the core product
Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and technical strategy
Select and implement appropriate technology stacks (Java, Angular, React, Node.js, etc.)
Develop scalable, maintainable codebases and ensure timely releases
Manage integrations, deployment pipelines, and backend APIs
Build and eventually lead a tech team as the company scales
Maintain technical documentation and code quality standards

Required Skills:

6+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer or tech lead
Strong proficiency in
Java + Angular
, or
React / Node.js / Spring Boot
Solid understanding of system design, architecture, databases, and APIs
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or others)
Experience working in early-stage startups or product environments (preferred)
Problem-solver with a builder mindset and attention to detail
