Technical Lead (Skill-Based Investment | Profit Share | SaaS Startup) We are an early-stage SaaS startup developing a scalable product designed to address real-world business challenges. We are currently in the prototype and validation stage and are now seeking a Tech Lead to join our founding team — someone who is ready to lead, build, and grow with us. This role is a skill-based investment opportunity — no financial capital is required. We are offering profit-sharing and long-term equity based on performance and commitment. Overview: As our Tech Lead , you will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership — from architecture to delivery. You will be the primary decision-maker on technology stack, development standards, and infrastructure planning. This is a leadership position with the potential to transition into Co-Founder / CTO , based on contribution and alignment with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and full-stack development of the core product Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and technical strategy Select and implement appropriate technology stacks (Java, Angular, React, Node.js, etc.) Develop scalable, maintainable codebases and ensure timely releases Manage integrations, deployment pipelines, and backend APIs Build and eventually lead a tech team as the company scales Maintain technical documentation and code quality standards Required Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer or tech lead Strong proficiency in Java + Angular , or React / Node.js / Spring Boot Solid understanding of system design, architecture, databases, and APIs Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or others) Experience working in early-stage startups or product environments (preferred) Problem-solver with a builder mindset and attention to detail Preferred only talents from Kerala.
