Work closely with software development, product management, and engineering teams to gather information and understand technical requirements.
Write and maintain technical documentation for Windchill PLM, including user guides, installation guides, release notes, API documentation, and training materials.
Translate technical information into clear and accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Organize and maintain a centralized repository of technical documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Mandatory Skills

5-7 years of experience in technical writing and documentation, with a focus on software products.
Strong understanding of Windchill PLM concepts, modules, and functionalities.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
Experience with screen capture and graphics editing tools for creating visual aids.
Familiarity with XML, HTML, and other markup languages.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
