Team Leader

You will support team members" professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth, ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures, and guide team members to meet their individual targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Generating reports on team performance and providing regular updates to senior management will also be a key aspect of your role. The required skills and qualifications for this position include a minimum of 5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of proven work experience as a team leader in a BPO organization. You should have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs, and possess knowledge of the industry's best practices and trends for team management. Preferred skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent analytical and decision-making acumen.
