Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Chandigarh, India. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure targets are met, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and analyzing team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and directly interacting with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
