Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Udaipur for a Team Leader - Sales. The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and support, conducting sales meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will also be involved in market analysis and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

• Experience in English Teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and IELTS preparation
• Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Sales, or related field
