Job Title: Team Leader – BPO Operations
Location: Bharatpur, RajasthanExperience Required: 1–1.5 years in BPO industryEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

*We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader to manage and guide our BPO team based in Bharatpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer service or outbound process, team handling, and reporting with strong command over Excel and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead a team of customer service/telecalling agents and monitor daily operations.
-Track team performance, ensure achievement of targets, and maintain quality standards.-Handle escalations and resolve client/customer issues promptly.-Able to work in under pressure.-Experience of handling 10 - 20 team members in a team-Prepare and maintain performance reports using Excel.-Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure adherence to process SLAs.-Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members for performance improvement.-Ensure discipline, team motivation, and effective communicationCoordinate with management and clients for process updates and reporting

Required Skills:
-2–4 years of experience in the BPO industry (voice/non-voice/inbound/outbound)-Team management and leadership skills-Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP) and MS Word-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams effectively-Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Associate in a BPO setupBasic understanding of CRM tools and call center metrics is an advantage
