Eligibility:

Completed or pursuing M.Ed & B.Ed
Strong subject knowledge in school curriculum across State Board, CBSE, ICSE preferred
Experience or interest in digital teaching platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging online classes to school students on the 123Tute platform
Review and improve digital teaching content
Participate in planning and feedback for platform improvements
Monitor student attendance, engagement, and performance
Provide one-on-one support and doubt clarification sessions for students
Collaborate with curriculum designers and technical team to align teaching delivery
Prepare progress reports and share regular updates with academic coordinators
Support parent-teacher meetings when required
Adopt and suggest innovative teaching strategies for online effectiveness
