• End-to-end hiring for corporate & field roles
• Manage employer branding, ATS & HRMS platforms
• Lead L&D initiatives, HiPo development & engagement programs
• Build succession planning frameworks & drive 360° performance cycles
• Collaborate with leadership to shape a future-ready talent pipeline
• MBA/PGDM in HR (Top institutes preferred)
• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
• Strong in stakeholder management & HR analytics
