Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills of employees, focusing on leadership development, communication, and soft skills.
Manage succession planning processes to identify high-potential candidates for key roles within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competency maps and job descriptions that align with business objectives.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions to address them.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of PMS (Performance Management System) principles and practices.
Proven track record in developing effective learning solutions that drive business results.
