Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help us find the best talent for CloudRaft. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in recruitment processes and employer branding.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Provide a positive experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
