Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help us find the best talent for CloudRaft. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in recruitment processes and employer branding. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms. Provide a positive experience to candidates throughout the hiring process. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Data Analyst who isn’t just technically sound—but who gets the business side of things too. Someone who can transform raw data into sharp insights that actually drive decisions. Someone who is looking to include AI in the analysis to generate meaningful insights, patterns and trends. This is for you if: You’re equally excited about SQL queries and helping your team understand what they mean. You know Power BI like a second language and love making dashboards people want to use. Python isn’t just a coding language—it’s your tool to clean, wrangle, and analyze like a pro. PostgreSQL and other modern databases don't scare you. In fact, you kind of like it. You are interested in exploring how we can use AI/LLMs in the field of data analytics. What You’ll Do Create and manage interactive dashboards in Power BI Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data Participate in query tuning and database tuning to get maximum performance Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) to clean, analyze, and visualize data and to build automation Work with business team to understand their requirement and transform their ideas into analytics solutions Collaborate with teams to bring clarity to metrics, reports, and strategic decisions Document your processes, models, and findings Skills That Make You a Great Fit Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Generative AI and PostgreSQL (including query tuning) Strong analytical thinking with a love for patterns, insights, and puzzles Ability to explain your analysis to someone who doesn’t live in spreadsheets Curious mindset with a touch of business instinct Why CloudRaft?
