Job Description

We are looking for candidates for Kolkata location having experience in the following:

Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Servers & Storage
Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Virtualization / HCI
Installation, configuration, Trouble shooting & Maintenance of OSE (Windows & Linux)
Exposure into databases and networks (LAN, WAN)
Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
FW/Software & Patch Upgrade of of Server/Storage & OSE
Exposure in System Security (AV, EDR, HIPS, DLP etc)
Implementation and enforcement of OS & Application security and backup/recovery strategies
Provide technical support and guidance to users
Troubleshooting & rectification of system performance issue and recommend improvements
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations
Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of System infrastructure installed at Customer Premises.
OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting & replacement.

Qualifications

3-8 Years working experience in Data center with the relevant OS, Storage & Backup / B.E or MCA or B.Sc. or Diploma Eng.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and problem-handling skills
