Provide timely and effective technical support in the field, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to desktop, laptop, printers etc. 2. Install and implement new programs, upgrade OS and hardware, take data backup and conduct recovery process 3. Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure optimal performance. 4. Repair or replace defective parts as necessary 5. Analyze customer problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly 6. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams within the organization for further investigation and resolution 7. Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the service provided The selected candidates will be trained extensively for more than 2 weeks, followed by mentorship for 2-3 months including on the job training.
