We bring this vision to life by building and enabling consistent, convenient, snappy online grocery shopping experiences that make it easy for customers to find and get their groceries how and where they want to.We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer who can combine hands-on development work with system troubleshooting and optimization. This dynamic role bridges the gap between traditional software development and system support, requiring someone who can both write code and diagnose complex technical issues.The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical resource, responsible for maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvements through code development. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, identifying systemic issues and implementing long-term solutions rather than just quick fixes.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain software solutions to address recurring technical issuesInvestigate and resolve complex technical problems in existing systemsImplement system improvements to prevent future issuesWrite and optimize code to enhance system performanceCreate and maintain technical documentationCollaborate with development teams on system upgradesMonitor system health and implement preventive measures

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience scripting in modern program languages
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
  • Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
