Job Description

Job Summary:

Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    L2/L2.5 application support

    for software solutions built using Electron JS, Angular, and Java.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement short-term and long-term resolutions.
  • Monitor application performance and logs, and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Interface with clients or internal users to understand and clarify issue reports.
  • Participate in on-call rotation or provide after-hours support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-14 years

    of experience in a technical support, software engineering, or application maintenance role.

  • Must Hands-on experience supporting

    or developing applications using:

  • Electron JS

    (desktop apps)

  • Angular

    (frontend)

  • Java

    (backend, Spring Boot preferred)
  • Experience in log analysis, performance tuning, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with

    REST APIs

    , JSON, Microservices Architecture and web technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with tools like

    Postman

    ,

    Git

    ,

    Jira

    ,

    Splunk/ELK

    , and

    CI/CD pipelines

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
