What do we need from your end? ● Develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives. ● Set up and launch campaigns using relevant ad platforms, optimizing parameters for performance. ● Monitor campaign data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI. ● Segment target audiences and implement retargeting strategies for effective engagement. ● Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and spending to ensure efficient allocation. ● Ensure ad creatives adhere to platform guidelines and address ad fraud prevention. ● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve campaign goals. ● Prepare performance reports, communicate updates, and present findings to stakeholders. ● Stay informed about industry trends, implement A/B testing, and optimize campaigns. ● Ensure campaign compliance with regulations, privacy policies, and legal requirements. ● Manage multiple campaigns, organize documentation, and meet deadlines effectively. Requirements : ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.(Tier 1 college) ● 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and programmatic advertising. ● Strong analytical skills to interpret and optimize campaign data. ● Project management abilities to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
